“A directive on private sector involvement in the construction of power plants will be compiled in two weeks”, announced Tavanir’s (Power Production and Distribution Company), deputy director for research, B. Masoudi. The official noted that the government would invite private sector through media to participate in the projects. He further noted that if conditions of foreign private companies confirm with the regulations, they would be permitted to implement the projects.
